Tom Overstreet, Jr., Vice President and Project Manager, has spent the past 13 years in the Florida market acting as Project Manager for construction projects including Winn-Dixie stores, shopping centers, medical office, multi-family residential and institutional uses. He worked for Lathan Construction Corporation and Walker & Company, as well as founding and operating his own construction services company.

In addition, he was the Chief Estimator for the company constructing public schools in Orange County, Florida as well as other high-profile public buildings. Mr. Overstreet holds an Associate of Arts degree in Architectural Design and a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida.
