Bayshore Land Group, LLC was founded in 1998, and is a partnership between two experienced real estate professionals: Jay Fertig and Chris MacNair.
Bayshore Land Group specializes in the acquisition, entitlement and development of commercial and mixed-use projects throughout Florida, as well as the acquisition of finished residential home sites in growing Florida markets. These home sites are acquired on behalf of builders who require the expertise of Bayshore’s Principals in assessing ideal locations and available inventory.
Clients and end-user tenants in Bayshore projects include nationally known companies including Winn-Dixie, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Applebee’s Restaurants, SouthTrust Bank, Eckerds and Burger King. In addition, Bayshore develops projects for its own portfolio.
